Time for Entertaining!

When all the family comes over for a visit you need plenty of entertaining space and this home has it! There is a huge gameroom upstairs, plus the media room. And downstairs is a large living room with a fireplace. You can enjoy your entertaining when there is a lot of elbow room!
In addition, there is a large formal dining room. This room could easily be converted into an office/study/library by simply adding doors.
This house also boasts a Texas sized back yard for all those Texas bar-b-ques with friends and family. Your imagination is the only limitation to this backyard.

Kitchen Area

There is ample space in the kitchen to include an eat-in area that is large enough for a table of at least 6. A gas stove makes cooking a pleasure. The laundry/pantry area is right off the kitchen. The kitchen is open to the living area downstairs.

Five Bedrooms or Four plus Media Room
Posted by: | CommentsThe bedrooms in this home are terrific sizes. The master is 17 x 15, Bedroom #2 or the media room is 15 x 12, Bedroom #3 is 14 x 13, Bedroom # 4 is 12 X 12, and the 5th bedroom is 12 x 10.

Master Bedroom

The master is 17 x 15! The master bath has a garden tub and separate shower. The closet is enormous! The flooring in the master is a low maintenance laminate that looks very nice. There is a also a ceiling fan in the master.
